Our Custom Sign Printing Materials Include:
All Types of Banners, up to the size of billboards, and including fence wraps. Wall Coverings / Wall Wraps, interior / exterior signs, various substrates such as coroplast signs are all available here. There’s not much we can’t do so let us know how we can help.
Foam Board / Gator Board
Foam board printing and Gator board printing are two ways to print your custom signs. We offer both materials and you can let us know which you need. Both materials are light-weight and can be cut to exact dimensions.
Foam board is very lightweight, has a printable paper surface and looks fantastic. Used for interior displays, this versatile material can be used in place of posters and placed into sign frames. Single sided / double sided printing with contour cutting available. The edge of our foamboard is white. Foam board is offered in 3/16th thickness only.
Gator board is heavier than foam board, stronger, prints beautifully and is waterproof. We sell Gator board printing in 3/16” or ½” thicknesses. We offer Gator board material in white and in black. Contour cutting is not available on gator board. Let us know how we can help with your foam printing project!
Poster Printing
We print high quality poster paper. Our poster printing material is for large and oversized high quality poster prints. We can print poster paper up to 52” wide and as long as you would need. We do not carry the thin paper used for building plans, our poster material is heavy weight and long term quality.
PVC / Sintra Printing
Printed PVC is versatile because you can cut it, form it, drill it and use it in many ways. Sintra printing is normally used for indoor displays and is not recommended to be used in direct UV. Reach out for your PVC and Sintra printing needs.
DiBond / Max Metal
This is the aluminum sandwich board material which consists of two thin aluminum surfaces and a plastic filler in between. DiBond, or Max Metal is versatile because it is rigid, thin and lightweight. DiBond material can be drilled, cut and shaped however you need. Reach out for more information.
Styrene Printing
The really thin plastic sheets which are usually printed as inserts for retail sign frames. Styrene printing is the way to print thin, waterproof, opaque plastic sheets in single sided or double sided options. We can cut to size for you, just let us know what you need.
Metal Parking Signs
Parking signs are a staple of our industry. We offer aluminum parking signs in all of the standard sizes and finishes. You can order professional reflective parking signs which have rounded corners and mounting holes pre-drilled for you. We have all of the options including size, reflective or non-reflective plus layout.
Contour Cutting
We offer contour cutting on many of our sign materials. Ask us about totally custom shapes or pre-determined die cut shapes as well. Printing signs with a custom cut can enhance your pop factor by multiples! Printing and then cutting your sign Austin, is available to anyone.
